circumstances..

I was in search of a cook, and one day this lady walked in. She was young, petite weighed around 40, height 4.8 Ft. This young lady hailed from a small village in UP. Her age was around 32. She was standing in front of my door with her son. the son looked like he was 16- 17 yrs. i wondered when did this girl get married to have such a grown up kid..

I asked her to join me. During our chats, she told me she does not even know when was she born, and as her son is 17 she might be 15 yrs old when she was married. In her village, when the girl grows up she is married.

I just thought, what was i doing when i was 15 yrs old.. njoying my standard 9th. yes i enjoyed that time with my family and friends. gone were the days...

Gone were the days, because recently while chatting to a 12 year old, he felt like the parents and the world dint get him right and he was under mental stress..

Just a thought.... who is under more stress a 15 year old gal getting married, leaving her dreams and desires to look after a whole new family or a teenager who thinks nobody gets him/her, even after having all the luxuries in life...

As parent/guardian/friend we got to make the new generation to be thankful to be privileged.
